How is Grabz created?
Grabz are created using a Freeze-Drying method called Lyophilization, that gently and safely
removes the water from the fruit.
The first step in the process s involves lowering the temperature of fresh cut fruit till the water inside the fruit turns to frozen crystals.
The freshly cooled fruit is then passed through a low temperature vacuum chamber to remove all remaining moisture. This allows the frozen crystals to transform the solid state into vapour, totally bypassing the liquid state. The vacuum takes care of the moisture, leaving the fruit crispy dry.
Only this intricate process can help to preserve the nutrients, natural color, aroma and flavor of the fruit, that Grabz brings to you in a packet!
